About The Victory Project

We work alongside youth, families, and community partners to create practical pathways toward stability, leadership, and opportunity.

The Victory Project, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to igniting the potential of underserved and at-risk youth and young adults in urban communities. Through mentoring, education, community development, leadership training, and supportive resources, we help participants overcome barriers, strengthen their families, revitalize neighborhoods, and build a brighter future.

Our approach centers on consistent relationships, practical support, and community-based experiences that help young people build confidence and move forward with purpose.

Structured Service Opportunity

Community Service Program

Request Community Service Hours

The Victory Project’s Community Service Program provides structured volunteer opportunities for individuals who need to complete community service hours through the court system, probation, schools, or other referring agencies. Participants serve through approved community-based projects that support youth, families, neighborhoods, and local outreach efforts.

This program may include:

  • Helping with community events
  • Assisting with youth and family outreach
  • Sorting and organizing supplies
  • Supporting food distribution or resource events
  • Neighborhood cleanup and beautification projects
  • Administrative or setup support for nonprofit programs
  • Assisting with back-to-school, holiday, and community resource events

How It Works

  1. Complete a community service request form.
  2. Provide referral details, required number of hours, and deadline.
  3. The Victory Project reviews the request and available service opportunities.
  4. Approved participants are scheduled for service activities.
  5. Completed hours are documented after service is verified.
